Loan Quantum	75% of the estimated cost as per the unit cost stipulated here-below : Plot size- up to 1500 sq.ft: Rs 57700/-. Plot size- More than 1500 sq. ft up to 2400 sq.ft: Rs 73,000/-. Plot size- More than 2400 sq. ft up to 5000 sq.ft: Rs 82,000/-. Plot size- More than 5000 sq. ft: Rs 1,85,000/-.
Margin	Margin of 25% to be maintained.
Processing Charges	Nominal processing fee of 0.50% on the loan amount with a Minimum of Rs. 1,500/- & maximum of Rs. 10,000/- is charged.
Security	Hypothecation of pipeline with barrel, filter etc. Continuation of mortgage of Residential Mortgage (In case of existing Housing Loan borrowers)
Repayment Tenure	Loan shall be repaid in 60 EMIs

Stipulated Loan Application with 2 passport size photos of applicant / Co-applicants or guarantor.
KYC documents of applicant/ Co-applicants or guarantor.
Proof of Identity
PAN CARD/Driver’s License/Voter ID /Passport/ Aadhar Card etc.

Proof of Residence
Driver’s License/Voter Id/Passport / Aadhar Card / Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill etc., /Business Proof related GST and others.
Age proof of the applicant/ Co-applicants.
PAN card (photo copy).
Latest Salary Certificate and Form no. 16.
Income Returns (for professionals and non-salaried persons).
