  • Valid Address Proof of the entity if different from that of above documents.
  • PAN or Form 60 as per Income Tax Rules, 1962

  • Telephone bill in the name of the entity
  • Valid Address proof in case the address of business is different from that of certificate of registration.

  • Copy of Trust Deed
  • Copy of By-laws and resolution regarding the conduct of the account and the authorised signatories to transact on behalf of the entity. (Appendix III)
  • Letter to be obtained from trustees. (Appendix IV)
  • PAN or Form 60 as per Income Tax Rules, 1962
  • GSTN certificate (if available)
  • Documents to be submitted by the authorised signatories:
    • Aadhaar Number (or proof of application for Aadhaar if not assigned)
    • 2 passport size photos

3.

Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)

  • Completely filled in Registered Entity Account Opening Form (NF 1095)
  • Copy of incorporation documents filed with Registrar of Companies
  • Registration Certificate issued by Registrar of Companies
  • Copy of LLP Agreement signed by all partners (or Schedule I of LLP Act if no agreement exists)
  • Copy of By-laws and resolution regarding the conduct of the account
  • Partnership letter (NF 111)
  • GSTN certificate (if available)
  • Authority Letter signed by all partners designating partner(s)/employee of the firm to operate the account
  • Telephone bill in the name of the firm/partners
  • Documents to be submitted by the authorised signatories & the partners:
    • Aadhaar Number (or proof of application for Aadhaar if not assigned)
    • 2 passport size photos
    • PAN or Form 60 as per Income Tax Rules, 1962
    • If Aadhaar/PAN not available, a Copy of an OVD

Partnership Firms

  • Copy of Registration Certificate
  • Copy of Partnership Deed
  • Copy of By-laws and resolution regarding the conduct of the account and the authorised signatories to transact on behalf of the entity
  • Partnership letter (NF 111)
  • GSTN certificate (if available)
  • Authority Letter signed by all partners designating partner(s)/employee of the firm to operate the account
  • PAN of the entity
  • Telephone bill in the name of the firm/partners
  • Documents to be submitted by the authorised signatories & the partners:
    • Aadhaar Number (or proof of application for Aadhaar if not assigned)
    • 2 passport size photos
    • PAN or Form 60 as per Income Tax Rules, 1962
    • If Aadhaar/PAN not available, a Copy of an OVD

5.

Sole Proprietary Concerns

  • Completely filled in Registered Entity Account Opening Form (NF 1095)
  • Any two of the following documents in the name of the proprietary concern:
    • Registration Certificate (if registered)
    • Certificate/Licence issued by Municipal Authorities under Shop & Establishment Act
  • Income Tax Returns
  • Proprietorship letter (NF 110)
  • GSTN certificate (if available)
  • Certificate/Registration document issued by Professional Tax Authorities
  • Licence/Certificate of Practice issued by professional bodies (e.g., ICAI, ICMAI, ICSI, Indian Medical Council, Food and Drug Control Authorities)
  • Complete Income Tax Return (not just acknowledgment) reflecting the firm's income, authenticated by Income Tax Authorities
  • Utility bills (electricity, water, landline telephone) in the name of the proprietary concern
  • IEC (Importer Exporter Code) issued by the Office of DGFT
  • OVD applicable to the individual (proprietor)
  • Attested photostat copies of the above documents
  • Note: If only one document is provided, the branch may accept it after contact point verification to confirm the business activity and address.

6.

Companies

  • Completely filled in Registered Entity Account Opening Form (NF 1095)
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Resolution of the Board of Directors to open an account and identify authorized signatories.
  • PAN of the company
  • GSTN certificate
  • Documents to be submitted by the authorised signatories:
    • Aadhaar Number (or proof of application for Aadhaar if not assigned)
    • 2 passport size photos
    • PAN or Form 60 as per Income Tax Rules, 1962
    • If Aadhaar/PAN not available, a Copy of an OVD
  • Attested photostat copies of the above documents.

7.

Government, Departments, Societies, Universities

  • Completely filled in Registered Entity Account Opening Form (NF 1095)
  • Document showing the name of the person authorized to act on behalf of the entity and conduct of the account.
  • Documents to be submitted by the authorised signatories:
    • Aadhaar Number (or proof of application for Aadhaar if not assigned)
    • 2 passport size photos
    • PAN or Form 60 as per Income Tax Rules, 1962
    • If Aadhaar/PAN not available, a Copy of an OVD
  • Documents required by the bank to establish the legal existence of the entity/juridical person
  • Attested photostat copies of the above documents.

Monthly Average Balance (MAB):

  • Benefits are tied to the MAB maintained in the previous month. The account opening month is a buffer period; MAB calculation starts from the first of the following month.
  • Tier System
    • Tier I: Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 2,00,000
    • Tier II: Rs. 2,00,001 - Rs. 5,00,000
    • Tier III: Rs. 5,00,001 - Rs. 10,00,000
    • Tier IV: Rs. 10,00,001 and above
  • Non-Maintenance Charges
    • Previous MAB < Rs. 25,000: Rs. 99 + GST
    • Previous MAB < Rs. 50,000: Rs. 49 + GST

Account Closure

Rs. 499 + GST if closed between 14 days and one year from opening.
