Development loans for farm level storage structures

Loans are granted for construction of permanent farm level storage structures as:

The applicant should own agricultural land and should have space for construction of storage structures.
Technical guidance and supervision for construction of storage structure should be available.

Quantum	Up to Rs.2.00 lakhs - Nil Above Rs.2.00 lakhs -15-25%
Security	Up to Rs 2.00 lakhs – Hypothecation of assets created of bank loan Above Rs 2.00 lakhs – Hypothecation of assets plus mortgage of land where the development is proposed.
Repayment Period	As there is no direct income generation in this project a reasonable repayment period of 5-7 years may be given based on income generation out of the farm of the borrower. The loan may be repaid in half yearly/yearly installments.
