Cheque Drop Box Facility:

Available for customers to deposit instruments for CTS clearing.

Guidelines:

• Only crossed CTS cheques with a duly filled pay-in-slip (including correct account number and mobile number) should be dropped in the Cheque Drop Box
• Bearer or uncrossed cheques should not be dropped in the Cheque Drop Box
• CTS cheques must be within the validity period of three months from the date of issue.
• Cheques with alterations or modifications are not accepted under CTS clearing, hence such cheques should be avoided from dropping in the Cheque Drop Box
• Customers can also tender cheques at the counter and obtain an acknowledgment on the pay-in-slips.
