Application |
Account holders desirous of having an ATM-CUM-DEBIT card are required to submit an application in the prescribed format to the branch manager of the branch where the account is being maintained. |
Operations |
The card can be linked to a maximum of 4 accounts. However, one account as indicated by customer will be designated as Primary Account. All transactions done at POS merchant locations and at other Bank ATMs will be debited to Primary account to which the card is linked. Therefore transactions at other Bank ATM and POS are restricted to the balance available in the primary account. |

As per RBI guidelines, you are entitled to 3 FREE* transactions in 6 Metro Centre (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad & Bengaluru) 5 FREE* transactions (Financial and Non-Financial) in a calendar month (for Savings Bank account holders only) at other centres.

- NEFT SYSTEM WORKS ON 24X7 Basis WITHOUT HOLIDAYS FOR ONLINE BANKING AND 08:00AM TO 19:00 FOR BRANCHES ON WORKING DAYS.

REAL TIME GROSS SETTLEMENT (RTGS) / NATIONAL ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER (NEFT)
RTGS/ NEFT are the two schemes for transferring funds instantly to other Bank branches electronically at cheaper rates
- RTGS: An electronic payment system in which payment instructions between banks are processed and settled individually and continuously, on a real time basis. Minimum transaction value is Rs.2.00 lac.
- NEFT: Another electronic payment system in which payment instructions between banks are processed and settled on deferred net settlement (DNS) basis at fixed times during the day. There is no minimum or maximum transaction value for using this facility.
