Non- Executive Directors are not being paid any other remuneration except sitting fees as fixed by Government of India. The sitting fee is paid as per the provisions of Nationalized Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1970, read with Government guidelines for attending Board and Board Committee meetings.
