RURAL DEVELOPMENT SECTION

Functions :

• To formulate policies, projects, schemes, procedures, and guidelines for initiating and implementing Rural Development programmes/activities of the Bank.
• To promote Rural Entrepreneurship by providing intensive training in various skills domains to unemployed youth through different Institutes (RSETIs/RUDSETIs/ATIs/CBIITs) established across the country under the aegis of Canara Bank Centenary Rural Development Trust (CBCRDT).
• Monitoring the performance of our Co-sponsored Institutes
