CHEQUE DROP BOX FACILITY

All our Branches participating in local clearing are provided with the facility of Cheque Drop Box for customers to deposit the instruments that are to be presented in local clearing. This is an additional facility only. The customers are at liberty to tender instruments across the counter to an authorized official of the Bank against acknowledgement.

All our esteemed customers are advised to strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

• ONLY Crossed Cheques are to be dropped in the Box.
  
• Special Crossing– a seal containing our Bank and Branch Name, which is kept
  near the drop Box - is to be affixed before dropping the instrument into the
  Box.
  
• NO BEARER/ UNCROSSED CHEQUES ARE TO BE DROPPED IN THE BOX.
  
• Instruments that are dropped into the Box without complying the above
  safeguards will be at the sole risk and responsibility of the customer and the
  Bank will not be responsible for any loss that may arise on account of non
  compliance with the above guidelines.
